The words whose first letters are capitalized have the meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they are singular or plural.

Pursue (referred to in this Agreement as either “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) refers to Well Science AG, Wolleraustrasse 41a, 8807 Freienbach, Switzerland.

Were refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

orders means a request from you to purchase goods from us.

Service refers to the website.

Website refers to BlossomUp, accessible via http://www.blossomup.com

Of means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your right to cancel the purchase contract

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods or on which a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the delivered goods.

We will refund you the purchase price within 14 days from the day we received the returned goods. We use the same payment method that you used to place the order and you will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Condition for cancellation

In order for the goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 14 days

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to return any goods that do not comply with the above return conditions.

Only regular priced merchandise can be refunded. Unfortunately, sold-out goods cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Refund of goods

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
